Dental Administrator - Spackman Dental
About us:
Conveniently located in within walking distance of the Anderson LRT, Spackman Dental has been serving the Southland community for many years. We provide a wide range of dental services, including preventative hygiene, general and cosmetic dentistry, wisdom teeth removal, implants, crown and bridge, veneers, Invisalign, teeth whitening and much more.
Our team, led by Dr. Scott Spackman, Dr. Danielle Cassidy, and Dr. Harris Hao Zou, Dr. Abenaa Ayeh, and Dr. Howard Marcotte, pride ourselves on providing quality dental care and 4.9 stars on Google reviews, evidence of our exceptional patient service, commitment to continuous learning, and innovative technology.

Schedule:
Monday: 8am-4pm
Tuesday: 10am-6pm
Wednesday: 8am-4pm
Thursday: 8am-4pm
Friday: 7:30am-1:30pm

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients as they arrive; ensure a lasting positive impression for them
- Responsible for optimizing the appointment schedule by ensuring the day is full, with limited gaps
- Effectively manage recall system and accurately maintain patient database
- Manage patient calls and inquiries about appointments, confirmations, amendments and cancellations
- Process referral letters and other patient correspondence upon receipt from provider; manage and file all patient records and charts
About You:
- Minimum 1 year of administration experience
- Clinical background and experience with dental software programs considered an asset
